The motion, made by Megan DuPass and seconded by Steve Dlugo, passed unanimously.
Administration described the single prime sealed-bid approach and indicated material selection and scheduling will be coordinated with other planned summer projects such as the Lakeview roof retrofit. The Board approved a special meeting on Jan. 6 to consider intergovernmental matters related to a potential Woodridge TIF.
