Developer granted one-year extension for 720 Museum Drive variance

"We're seeking a 1 year extension," Sherman said, and staff noted that findings of fact from the original approval have not changed.
The board debated timing and public notice, heard no public opposition and voted to grant the extension. The chair said the extension was appropriate because the application’s facts remained consistent with the original approval; the motion passed and the one-year extension was entered into the record.
