The motion to approve the consent package was made by M. Urish and seconded by M. Bibler; the roll‑call vote recorded six ayes and no nays.
Board President P. Eubanks presided over the meeting, which began at 7:02 p.m. The approvals keep regular financial and student‑activity accounting in place; board members did not raise any questions on the records presented.
