Howell moved to adopt the amended FY25 budget and Curran seconded; the motion passed on a roll call vote with Runyen, Bebar, Curran, Howell and Miller recorded as voting yea. Earlier in the meeting the board approved a consent agenda that included the financial reports and authorization to prepare the FY26 budget, the appointment of Emily Weidner as district administrator for the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund and the Teachers' Retirement System, and designation of approved depositories for district funds.
Board members did not record dissent on the budget adoption. The minutes note the Consolidated District Plan was submitted May 22 and that FY26 grant applications will be prepared once the Illinois State Board of Education approves the CDP.
