The Board approved publishing public notice of the RFP and instructed the Town Clerk’s Office to manage notice and proposal submission.
Councilman Nathan S. Hosley moved the resolution; Councilman Mark A. Bird seconded, and the Board voted unanimously to adopt the measure. The Board also required a certified copy of the RFP be retained in Town records.
