The Town Board unanimously approved the March 26, 2025 regular meeting minutes and voted to pay encumbrances on Abstract #4 of 2024. The minutes list fund totals: General Fund $167,876.05; Highway Fund $108,335.84; Water District 1 $3,987.70; Water District 2 $28,651.77, for a combined total of $308,851.36.
The board also adopted Resolution 30 (2025) approving New York State Local Retirement System (NYSLRS) Records of Activity (ROA) for Highway Superintendent Michael Lamphear, Confidential Secretary Matthew Newby, Town Physician Russell Rider, and Code Enforcement Officer Paul Wilson. The resolution directs the Town Clerk to post the ROAs for 30 days before the Business Office submits them to NYSLRS. The board's votes on routine approvals were recorded as unanimous in the minutes.
