The motion to adopt the resolution was moved by Councilman Richard B. Dechene and seconded by Councilman Nathan S. Hosley and carried unanimously.
The board instructed the Supervisor to coordinate listing and to return any offers to the board for final acceptance, counteroffer, or rejection. The minutes record the board's action but do not state reserve prices or expected revenues from the auction.
