The board approved a reduction of the Clerk and Treasurer positions to 20 hours per week starting Oct. 1, 2025 and separately approved providing insurance for those positions. The minutes record: "MOTION to approve providing insurance for the Clerk and Treasurer was made by Trustee Walsh, seconded by Trustee Anderson. Roll Call: 5 Ayes, 1 Nay (Trustee N. Hyde)."
Trustees also approved extended office hours for the Clerk and Treasurer—Monday 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m., Wednesday 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m., and Friday 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.—on a unanimous vote. The changes take effect Oct. 1, 2025 for hours and reflect the board’s direction for accessibility and staffing levels.
