Cerro Gordo trustees approve consent agenda and multiple maintenance contracts

The Village of Cerro Gordo Board of Trustees approved the consent agenda at its Sept. 15, 2025 meeting, moving the August minutes, financial reports and claims by a single motion. "MOTION to approve the consent agenda was made by Trustee Keirl, seconded by Trustee Anderson. Roll Call: All Ayes," the minutes state.
Trustees used the meeting to approve several routine and project-specific items on individual motions: a $25,346 change order for Carter Street drainage, a $2,337.50 sidewalk quote at Veterans Park, and purchase of a 10x12 Diamond building for Gordy Park for $4,386. The board also recorded completion of recent MFT road work by contractor Earl Walker.
