The posted agenda cited Texas Government Code §§ 551.071, 551.074 and 551.129 for consultation with counsel, personnel matters and other listed items.
The agenda also included an interview and deliberation for the District 1 Trustee seat under § 551.074. The board reconvened in open session at 7:37 p.m. and reported that it did not take action on professional personnel at that reconvening point; the board then voted to appoint William Dwyer as Trustee for District 1.
