CherryVale Mall agreements cleared for police sub-station and Police Week use

Trustee Scott Kramer moved and the board unanimously approved a four-year license agreement for the police sub-station at CherryVale Mall for a recorded total cost of $4.00 (pending final attorney review) and granted use of the mall's center court May 15–19, 2025 for Police Week at no cost; Attorney Roxanne Sosnowski reviewed the agreements.
Trustee Scott Kramer moved that the Village Board approve a License Agreement with CherryVale Mall LLC regarding the rent for the police sub-station at the mall for a period of four years ending Feb. 28, 2029 for a total cost of $4.00 from line item 5175 Police; the motion was pending final attorney review. Trustee Kramer also moved approval of a license to use the mall's center court May 15–19, 2025 for the 2025 Police Week with no cost recorded. Attorney Roxanne Sosnowski said she had reviewed the agreements and Deputy Chief Jesse Pearse said the village received redline copies back from the mall.
Both items were approved on unanimous 6-0 roll call votes, with the attorney's review noted in the minutes and the Deputy Chief acknowledging returned redlines.
