They approved hiring Elijah Bowers as Maintenance Worker 1 at $21.00 per hour with a May 5, 2025 start date, and hired Brentyn Hammer as a part-time seasonal worker at $16.00 per hour for up to 600 hours starting June 9, 2025.
The committee also moved two DPI Construction change orders for Well House 7 to the Village Board: Change Order #29 for roof patching at $9,317 (line item 5400 2022 Water Project Fund) and Change Order #30 to install two rows of snow retention guards at $2,860. Both change orders were approved by voice vote. The engineering notes referenced ongoing punch-list work on the CV 2024 Streets Improvements Project and that Rock Roads has been awarded the CV 2025 Streets contract.
