The Village Board authorized three change orders for the Well House 7 project with DPI Construction of Pecatonica, Illinois, charging costs to the 2022 Water Project Fund. Trustee Mike Neville moved approval of Change Order #25 for $11,415 for an electrical room and plan room; Change Order #26 for $17,343 for fiberoptic installation; and Change Order #28 for $2,225.51 for a barrier curb along the building's west side. Each change order passed on a roll call vote of 6–0.
Trustee Neville said the expenditures will be drawn from line item 5400 in the 2022 Water Project Fund. No board member recorded opposition; the motions were presented as project-level adjustments to previously approved scope and budget lines.
