The board approved a two-year extension of existing McGraw-Hill instructional materials—Wonders for K–5 and Study Sync for grades 6–8—by motion of Mr. French, seconded by Mr. Fritz. The motion carried on roll call with a 5–0 vote; two members were absent. Separately, the board adopted Simplify Science as the district's 3rd–4th grade elementary science curriculum, to begin in the 2026–2027 school year, by motion of Mr. Lang (seconded by Mr. Lang as recorded); the motion carried unanimously among members present.
