The Sun Valley City Council recommended approval of a preliminary lot-line adjustment for 109 & 111 Grey Eagle (Subdivision Preliminary Plat Application 2018-064) and approved the final plat for 117 & 119 Senabi Lane (Subdivision Final Plat Application 2018-065), the Elkhorn Springs Golf Lodges Townhomes, Sublots 19 & 20.
Community Development Director Ternet presented the lot-line-adjustment application submitted by Benchmark Associates for the property owners identified in the application. An architect representing the applicant attended the meeting and answered council questions. Council Member Brad DuFur moved to recommend approval of the preliminary lot-line adjustment; the motion passed by roll call. The council then heard the final plat, which had been reviewed by the City Engineer and recommended unanimously by the Planning & Zoning Commission; Council Member Jane Conard moved approval “pursuant to the findings of fact and conditions of approval,” and the motion passed by roll call (AYES: Keith Saks, Brad DuFur, Michelle Griffith, Jane Conard; NAYS: None).
Both actions will move forward per the standard approval pathway; the council cited the city engineer’s review and the Planning & Zoning Commission site visit as the basis for their decisions. No changes to use or conditions beyond those in the findings were recorded in the minutes.
