The chair introduced the changes at the start of the meeting and the board approved the amended agenda and consent agenda by voice vote. No detailed discussion of the CF Steel LLC bill of sale or the lease amendment occurred on the public record during the meeting.
Later in the session the board voted to enter closed session under the transcript's cited statutory language "pursuant to general statute 1 4 3 3 1 8 1" to consider approval of minutes from the closed session of July 20, 2026, and under "general statute 1 4 3 3 1 8 5" for property acquisition. After the closed session the board reconvened briefly and adjourned following a motion to adjourn.
