The Rosemount City Council approved its consent agenda by a 5–0 roll call at the Aug. 3 meeting, moving through a package of routine items that included financial reports, minutes and intergovernmental agreements.
Among the items listed were the minutes of the July 21, 2026 regular meeting; a $250 donation from Scott Chiropractic for the Run for the Gold Leprechaun Days event; the appointment of 28 additional election judges for 2026; and a school resource officer liaison services agreement for 2026–27 with District 196. The mayor also summarized a construction agreement with Northwind Test LLC and a community center armory lease.
After a motion and second, the council voted by roll call. "And that completes the consent agenda 5 0 approved," Mayor Jeffrey D. Weisensel said.
The consent agenda items were approved without public discussion or recorded dissent. Details of each contract, donation and appointment are available in the city clerk’s packet for the Aug. 3 meeting.
