Attorney Aaron Szeto read the Findings of Fact A–F for the application under Section 82-235(b), with commissioners recording affirmative findings on public welfare, traffic and utilities. Commissioner Sally Fleegle moved to approve the Special Use Permit and Larry Gray seconded; the motion passed 6–0 (Bill Lawson absent). The commission will forward a favorable recommendation to the Committee of the Whole on April 28, 2025.
Applicant Greg Green (AIPI LLC) told commissioners he purchased the former United for Youth building for his business, Midwest Siding and Gutters, and wants to add an accessory building for material storage.
