The Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously approved a text amendment to the village zoning code to allow accessory buildings as a Special Use in the CC and CG commercial districts.
Commissioner Pat Stegemann moved to approve the amendment and Larry Gray seconded. The commission recorded a 6–0 vote in favor (Bill Lawson absent) and will forward the amendment to the Committee of the Whole on April 28, 2025 with a favorable recommendation.
