Resident Kevin McDermott addressed the commission during public comment, saying he had been "gifted an above ground pool" and requested approval to install it, noting his lot has room despite an existing shed and detached garage. The commission’s favorable recommendation sends the variance to the Committee of the Whole meeting on April 28, 2025 for trustee consideration.
