The Appointments Subcommittee recommended several candidates for city boards and commissions. A motion to appoint Douglas Robinson to the Building Code Board of Appeals failed after there was no second. "There was no second. The motion failed," the record shows. A subsequent motion to appoint Benjamin Pearson as the registered plumber member on the Building Code Board of Appeals passed 6-0.
