Board approves storm clean-up street sweeping and multiple easement and financial items

The Board also ratified Resolution 2024-05A accepting the audited financial report for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2023 and approved a proposed Grant of Easement for drainage from PSGRC to the District. Mrs. Adams highlighted several items in the unaudited Sept. 30, 2024 financial statements that staff will correct, including General Fund engineering at 209% of budget and contingencies at 421% due to a landscaping coding issue.
