Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal countered that the timing of project completion into FY2025, and carryover of a $500,000 loan fund, explained the accounting and that the Board had not exceeded available funds. The board asked District Counsel Tony Pires to draft guidance and contingency rules for future projects. On motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Merrill, the Board ratified MRI Construction, Inc. Change Order Estimate #500 in the amount of $150,786.09.
