Charlie Krebs presented the Curb and Sidewalk Inspection Report and outlined a proposed scope of work targeting areas deemed severe. He said he sent quantities to Collier Paving and hopes to present repair quotes at the next meeting.
Krebs said he is preparing a draft memorandum to notify affected homeowners that they will be responsible for repairing their driveways; that notification will be routed to Mrs. Adams and Chair Schultz for review before distribution. The board recorded the report for consideration and will review contractor quotes when received.
