River Ridge board approves meeting minutes, financial statements and several administrative items

At its Aug. 27 meeting the River Ridge board approved several routine administrative items, including amended minutes from the July 23 regular meeting and acceptance of unaudited financial statements through July 31, 2024.
The minutes were amended to correct multiple typographical and naming errors (for example, inserting "(via Zoom)" after Pires, adding "Lenore Brakefield" and "Woodward Pires & Lombardo, P.A.," and correcting several misspellings). On motion by Mr. Twombly and seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, the amended July 23, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes were approved.
Mrs. Adams discussed reconciliation work with accounting to reconcile the 2022A and 2022B notes and said she will update the financial report to include an MRI Construction proposal (CB131) to block one end of a drainage pipe, not both ends. The board also approved an agenda amendment earlier in the meeting to move the Ninth Order of Business to follow public comments. No votes with opposed or abstentions were recorded for these procedural approvals.
