River Ridge supervisors elect officers under Resolution 2025-02

The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2025-02 at its Nov. 19, 2024 meeting, electing officers for the coming term.
Mr. Mountford nominated Bob Schultz as Chair, himself as Vice Chair, and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as Assistant Secretaries. Mrs. Adams presented the resolution and, on a motion by Mr. Mountford seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, the Board voted to adopt it. The resolution left unchanged prior appointments that include Chesley “Chuck” Adams as Secretary and Craig Wrathell as Treasurer and Assistant Secretary roles previously set by the Board.
The vote was recorded as adopted; the Board also reviewed required ethical training and disclosure deadlines for supervisors and agreed to add the annual ethics training completion dates to the Key Activity Dates list.
