Councilmembers were updated that the Creek water project is progressing but must complete an EPA National Historic Preservation Study before moving to the next phase.
Minutes state that "The EPA requires a National Historic Preservation Study before moving to the next phase." Orbis is working on the study and will report to the engineers so the project plan can be submitted to the EPA prior to bidding. Separately, the council approved a Water Contract with the Village of Grand; Tim McCarthy moved to approve the contract, Mike Botelho seconded, and the motion carried unanimously. Staff was directed to send the contract to Grand Beach for their consideration at the next council meeting.
