Committee members agreed to contact the town's transit liaison (Tracy) and consider alternatives if a CART vehicle could not attend Old Home Day — including borrowing school vans or producing a large poster: "What if we just took the picture of the car and bus and blew it up on a poster board," one member suggested. S3 said she would manage contact lists and spreadsheets for outreach: "If people... send it to me via email, I'll add your name and whatnot to the spreadsheet."
The group discussed inexpensive giveaways and printed materials (magnets, flyers, stickers) to hand out at the August event and agreed to ask town staff about posters and any preexisting CART materials. Committee members highlighted the need to show usage after the launch so the service can sustain expanded hours: "We've got it now... but we've gotta promote it," the chair said. The committee set follow-up tasks for members to call the transit contact and to prepare artwork and materials in case the start date is confirmed at short notice.
