Board approves multiple hires, accepts two resignations

The board also approved hires for the 2025–26 school year, including Rebecca Elliot (Assistant Student Council Sponsor - Nash), Steve Nelson (Assistant Student Council Sponsor - Central High School), Melissa Halyko (Robotics Club Sponsor - Central High School), Nikki Shifflet (Art Club Sponsor - Central High School), Kaylie Warpet (6th Grade Volleyball Coach - Nash), Tara Johnston (Paraprofessional - Behavior Intervention Specialist), Todd Schwarzkopf (long-term sub - Central High School), Diane Dawson (long-term sub - Nash, effective Sept. 29, 2025), Brooke Hanrahan (Administrative Assistant - Special Services), and Claudia Avalos (PM Custodian - AELC/Chebanse). The motion to approve hires was made by Member Shule and seconded by Member B. Koch and passed with all members recorded in favor.
