Florence grants variance for Lot 140 and adopts technical zoning corrections after public hearings

Following the hearings, the board voted to grant the dimensional variance for Lot 140 and adopted an ordinance titled 'An Ordinance to Make Technical Corrections to the Zoning Ordinances of the City of Florence, Mississippi and for Related Purposes.' The ordinance adoption vote was recorded as Alderman John Banks (absent), Alderman Brian Grantham (absent), Alderman Mason Herrin (aye), Alderman Kyle Martin (aye), and Alderman Brent Sistrunk (aye).
