The Central Community Unit School District No. 4 Board voted Oct. 27 to accept a Glade Plumbing bid of $205,770 for the Central Domestic Water Filtration Project at the CHS/Nash campus. The board also approved submission of the building permit application for the project to proceed in winter 2025–26 and approved the Application for Occupancy/Statement of Completion for the Central High School façade renovation during the same meeting.
The minutes record the bid amount and approvals but do not provide contractor schedule details or contingency allowances in the transcript. The committee plans a detailed building walkthrough beginning at CHS on Nov. 11, 2025.
