County officials said the hearing produced no public comments and the adoption makes the county’s formal approach to business incentives available for use in future economic development decisions. "Chairman Stevens called for a public hearing on the Cottonwood County Business Subsidy Policy and asked if there are any comments," the meeting minutes state. The action was recorded as unanimous.
