Commissioner Larry Anderson moved to reduce the land value on Parcel 13.035.0400 by $131,000; Commissioner Tom Appel seconded the motion, which passed unanimously and set the adjusted 2025 estimated market value at $842,400.
Commissioner Donna Gravley moved to reduce the land value on Parcel 15.002.0400 by $184,200; the motion (seconded as recorded by Maras) passed unanimously and set the adjusted 2025 estimated market value at $767,500. County Assessor David Grev had recommended both reductions after re-evaluating condition and usage. The motions were recorded as unanimous votes by the five commissioners present.
