The Off-Highway Vehicle Advisory Council filled two vacant representative seats and completed annual leadership elections at its June 17 meeting.
Using a roll-call procedure, voting members tallied three votes for Laci Werner, two for William Chambers and two for Charlie Stevenson; Sheriff Nathan Curtis moved to accept the tally and nominate Laci Werner as the Dealership Representative, and the motion passed via roll call. For the Snowmobile Representative seat, all seven voting members cast unanimous floor votes for Alton “Dean” Harris; the council ratified his appointment. The council also re-nominated and ratified incumbent Jason Blankenagel for Council Chair and appointed Brody Johnson as Vice Chair after a roll-call confirmation.
