Treasurer Tracey McCay presented the financial report and reported the Pokagon Fund balance remains $43,329; she said two certificates of deposit will expire in December and she is monitoring interest rates. Tracey also said a letter will go out explaining a renewed five‑year operating millage and how it will appear on winter tax bills.
Clerk Anne Heywood presented a check register totaling $157,983.26 and asked the council for approval. Tim McCarthy moved to approve the register; the motion passed. Heywood also reported that the Octoberfest sold all 100 tickets and that wagon wheel light fixtures are available for purchase at $150 each.
