The Elkton Planning Commission on Sept. 10, 2024 recommended a joint public hearing with the Town Council to consider rezoning three parcels to C-1 Conservation District: Riverside Park (tax map #131-B3 A-6), Town Hall (tax map #131-B1-A-31) and Downtown Marketplace (tax map #131-B1-A-31). Dean Tills moved the recommendation and Billie Jo Dofflemyer seconded; the motion carried by voice vote, 6-0.
