Planning Commission asks developer to revise Old Spotswood Estates plat; resubmission set for Oct. 7

The Elkton Planning Commission on Sept. 10, 2024 discussed a subdivision request for Old Spotswood Estates submitted by Kent O'Donohue of Valley Engineering. Chairman Daniel Talbot led the review and commissioners identified changes they wanted to see on the preliminary plat before it returns for formal consideration.
According to the minutes, “Mr. O'Donohue will make the requested changes and resubmit to the Planning Commission on Monday, October 7, 2024.” The commission did not take a formal vote on the plat at this meeting; staff and the applicant are expected to implement the requested revisions and present an updated plat at the Oct. 7 meeting.
