Committee approves agenda, returns to open session and adjourns
Summary

At the Jan. 15 committee session, Mrs. Wilson moved and Mrs. Stewart seconded approval of the agenda; the motion passed with Yea votes from Wilson, Stewart, Pool, Trace, Leonard and Beard and no recorded Nay votes. Mrs. Wilson then moved, and Mrs. Stewart seconded, to adjourn into closed session at 6:30 p.m.; that motion also passed unanimously.
The committee returned to open session at 7:07 p.m. after closed-session deliberations; Mrs. Stewart moved, Mrs. Wilson seconded the return motion, which passed by roll call. The meeting concluded when Mrs. Wilson moved and Mrs. Stewart seconded a motion to adjourn at 7:12 p.m., which passed. The minutes note that Mr. Lonergan was absent from the session.
