Assistant Supervisor Jason Kimon explained a local internal verification step: "we put 3 green M and M's in, with our, bags to be stored for 22 months. So it's part of our security procedures... So with our representative from Tallahassee, we're witnessing our green M and M's as our final security procedure." Staff said the flagging method helps Seminole County and the state confirm bags originated in county custody before deployment or storage.
