The Lincolnwood School District 74 Board of Education adopted the district Cardiac Emergency Response Plan on a voice vote during the April 3 meeting. Secretary John P. Vranas moved the adoption and Vice President Peter D. Theodore seconded; the motion passed.
The board also approved the administration’s recommendation to set the 2024–25 last day of school as June 12, 2025. Business Manager Courtney Whited presented the January 2025 finance report and recommended bills payable totaling $926,375.18; Member Myra A. Foutris moved approval and Vice President Theodore seconded. The board recorded unanimous ayes with one absence and approved the payment of $926,375.18.
The minutes note that the final Fiscal Year 2024 Single Audit prepared by Lauterbach & Amen, LLP would be presented to the board for review at this meeting; the entry was informational and the audit report itself will be available to the board and public per normal practice.
