Mayor Pietrowski and Clerk Cheryl Aldis presented details on a proposed TIF‑eligible repair for the Lions Den roof, estimated at about $18,715. Aldis said town attorneys Jacob & Klein would prepare the necessary agreement; the town could approve assistance covering up to $10,500, representing 75% of approved expenditures. Trustees Stone and Haier recused themselves from all TIF discussion and voting; remaining trustees indicated a consensus to proceed with paperwork for the maximum assistance.
Clerk Aldis will coordinate with TIF attorneys Jacob & Klein to draft the agreement for board consideration. The consensus to pursue paperwork does not by itself approve disbursement; a formal agreement and any required votes will follow.
