Member LaKeya Webb moved to approve the personnel report and Member Ivory Myles seconded. The roll-call vote was recorded as AYE: Webb, Armstrong, Richardson, Barnett; Abstain: Myles; Absent: Chalmers, Pollard. The motion carried.
