The Lisle Community Unit School District 202 Board of Education on July 22 approved a broad consent agenda that included ratification of payroll and vendor pay orders, personnel appointments and resignations, and a two‑year collective bargaining agreement with the Classified Employees Association of Lisle.
Board members voted unanimously, 7-0, to approve the consent items after a motion by Board member Daniel Helderle and a second from Greg Nagler. The packet showed June payroll pay orders totaling $1,811,242.46 and vendor pay orders of $2,183,711.01; the BoardBooks also included an accounts‑payable run and a July board‑bill grand total listed at $3,524,018.60 for the packet of bills presented to trustees.
Personnel actions on the consent agenda included certified hires such as Arielle Fujiwara for Lisle High School and multiple classified hires, extra‑duty appointments for coaches and club sponsors, summer school staffing, and approvals of resignations effective at the end of the 2024–25 school year. The packet listed recommended salaries and placements for each hire.
The Board also approved administrative actions included in the consent agenda: release of certain closed‑session minutes for public inspection, destruction of audio recordings older than 18 months when permitted, and several policy updates from the PRESS packet added to the consent list.
"TO APPROVE/ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS AS PRESENTED;" said the motion recorded by the board when the roll call vote was taken. The motion passed 7‑0.
Following the vote, the board acknowledged receipt of financial reports and directed that details be filed in BoardBooks for public reference. The administration said employees and substitutes approved on the consent agenda are budgeted for FY2026 and will be onboarded ahead of the school year.
