The Pennington Borough Council agreed to allow an informal meeting between borough officials and the developer for 2 Route 31, the former Wells Fargo building. Mayor Davy announced the meeting request and said those invited would include the mayor, Borough Administrator/Clerk GP Caminiti and council members Stern and Kassler-Taub; the council asked that a readout be provided to any members who do not attend.
Mayor Davy said the developer "are still in the pre-concept plan stage." Council members did not object to the meeting so long as information from the conversation is circulated to the full council afterward. The site was identified in the meeting as 2 Route 31, Pennington, NJ.
