The Treasurer's Report and bills presentation were likewise approved "as read" on a motion by Trustee Shirley Walter, seconded by Trustee Katalina Sumano, with trustees recorded as approving both items.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:26 p.m. on a motion by Trustee Katalina Sumano, seconded by Trustee Anne Nutley. The board set its next meeting for Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2025. No roll-call vote tallies beyond "approved by all" were recorded in the minutes.
