The Orange County Municipal Planning Federation voted to offer its May 29 spring course at no charge after board members noted that dues reminders have not yet been sent and some municipalities may not have paid. Jennifer MacLeod distributed a draft flyer and asked the board whether the course should carry a fee; the group agreed to make the session free and defer fee collection to a future course.
MacLeod said organizers have secured presenters: "She has been able to contact Rick Golden and Kelly Naughton and they can both present at the course. However, they asked to be first on the agenda because they have other commitments later that day." She also reported that Lindsay Audin will present on contracting and the case study but will need to present from home, and that Planning staff contacted SUNY Orange—Middletown to arrange Zoom access in the meeting room.
