County approves $150,000 capital project for parks tech upgrades and $10,000 for family‑event programming

Commissioner Travis Ewald explained upgrades will include installing network cameras at Thomas Bull's maintenance garage, Winding Hills maintenance facility, and Cronomer and D&H Canal Parks. Mr. Ewald also explained the Youth Bureau funds will be used to offset costs at Freedom Fest's Kid Zone, the Pumpkin Festival and the seasonal Breakfast with Santa event. Both measures passed unanimously.
