The minutes and approvals recorded ayes from Mr. Hannah, Ms. Griffin, Mr. Myrick, Ms. Johnson, Mr. Patterson and Mr. Dawson; Mr. Buchanan was absent for the vote. The approvals were entered into the record before the meeting proceeded to New Business.
