Shenaby described the program theme ("Unearth a Story"), listed partner businesses and organizations that supported events and fundraising, and highlighted expanded access to learning computers funded with help from the library’s friends group.
Shenaby thanked local businesses and volunteers for event support and encouraged families to attend an upcoming Finding Dory screening on Aug. 10 at 10 a.m. in the auditorium. She said the library’s summer efforts aim to strengthen literacy and reduce the “summer slide” by giving children access to reading and learning tools.
