After regular updates, trustees agreed to reschedule the July meeting to July 22, 2025, to accommodate Dr. Zwemke's attendance at the IASA New Superintendent's conference; the August meeting was moved to August 12, 2025, to allow accounts-payable processing time.
The meeting adjourned on a motion by Cathie DeMoon and seconded by Kevin Gas at 6:24 PM. The minutes record a voice vote with five ayes, zero nays, zero abstentions and two absences; the motion carried.
